We're back!!!

I'm scheduling the next LAN for Saturday, February 6th starting at 2PM. This is the first LAN after a 2 month hiatus so lets have a good showing to celebrate! Please post your suggestions for games you'd like to play at this LAN. Can't wait!

Sandrock 2.0 was born last evening @ 6:51 PM - 6 lbs 8 oz, 19.5 inches. Woohoo!

Wow you guys. That LAN last night was FREAKIN SWEET. We had 12 gamers show up, and we had an absolute blast. Jedi Academy, CoD4, Flatout 2, and Vegas 2 - holy shit Vegas 2 was awesome. We had some intense gaming moments and everyone had a good time. Thanks to everyone who showed up, including newcomer Firestorm. Oh yeah, and what was up with Bobber's coconut water?

On that note, there will be a hiatus for a while for the LAN. My wife is due to deliver our first child next month. So with that and the holidays, it's best to take it easy for now. I would definetely like to do some online/Hamachi gaming with you guys sometime over the next month here, so stay tuned for that. We'll see you next year!

The next LAN date is scheduled for November 21, 2:00 PM until 4:00 AM. Plan for this date, I will confirm as soon as possible. In the mean time, what would you guys like to play that isn't Call of Duty 4?

The Big Ol' LAN is over and was a big success. Looks like we had 38 gamers if I counted right. Everyone seemed to have a good time, I didn't hear of any major complaints. The tournaments were run well and were a load of fun. Bladus was the winner of the Street Fighter 4 tournament, and Team GBU won the Call of Duty 4 tournament, barely beating out Team Staff. Obenitedang was the big winner of the raffle, taking home a 4GB kit of DDR2 memory from Crucial.

I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's feedback from the event. We'll be getting back to the regular LAN schedule in a few weeks, stay tuned for a date. Thanks again to everyone who attended, also a big thanks to the admin staff of Trojan, Butane and Defect. Later!
